Delivery Policy

SHIPPING PROVIDERS

Delivery will be conducted using various courier services mainly J&T Express or Skynet, depending on the item and locations.

All delivery will be given a tracking code either via email and order page to track your shipment.

SHIPPING IN MALAYSIA

We ship throughout Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak.

The shipping cost for Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak are quoted based on weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher) and will be automatically calculated during checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING

We process orders at 8 am on every working days. Any order placed after 8 am will be processed in the next working day.

DELIVERY DURATION

Upon confirmation of payment, delivery is usually within 5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery for Sabah and Sarawak may take up to 7 business days. Our working day is Monday to Friday.

NUMBER OF PACKAGES IN DELIVERY

Due to most of our items are bulky in size, we may send your parcel separately if necessary, mainly to ensure the shipping fee will not get surcharge and you can enjoy the lowest shipping fee.

Thus, you might receive the items on different days due to the courier service arrangement.

COURIER TRACKING NUMBER

You will get the delivery tracking number after we process the order. We usually ship the order within 3 working days after payment confirmed. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code available in the courier service’s tracking system.

RECEIVER’S RESPONSIBILITY

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a receiver for the shipment. We only ship to the correct address provided during the checkout process. It is advisable to consider having a work/office address as receiving address over residential address. Please ensure the shipping address given is correct and accurate because we won't be responsible for any inaccurate information.

DELIVERY FAILED

If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within one week of our first attempt to deliver the Product to you) accept delivery. The shipping fee will not be refunded. You will need to top up the shipping fee if you opt for reshipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made. We currently only deliver within Malaysia.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

We do not offer express delivery at the moment.
